Our classes are held in the kitchen at The Craven Heifer and are available during the daytime or evening periods. They are held on Mondays or Tuesdays throughout the year and are planned for a maximum of six people. Dates are organised and confirmed once each class is full – or, of course, a complete class could consist of you and your friends!
You will learn knife skills, preparation and cooking techniques depending on your chosen class and, afterwards, you get to taste the fruits of your labours together with wine carefully selected for the menu.
